ST. BERNARD’S OCCC - JG CRAIG U15
J.G CRAIG UNDER 15 COMPETITION 2019
St Bernard’s OC Cricket Club are entering our second season as part of the Victorian Sub District Cricket Association, and as such, we will once again be fielding our JG Craig Shield team (Formally RM Hatch) at this year’s combine. This is a representative Under 15 Turf Competition and is recognised as the elite Under 15 competition in the state. The competition consists of 28 Sub-District Clubs and is played in January each year on turf wickets. To be eligible to play you must be under the age of 15 as of the 1st September 2018 and be available to play in the period between January 8th and up to January 29th 2019.
We invite you to put forward your best junior players (boys and girls) to take part in our tryouts in October to potentially gain a spot in the St Bernard’s OCCC JC Craig Under 15 squad. This is an exciting opportunity for your best junior players to develop themselves on quality turf pitches against the rest of the premier Under 15 players in the state.
With the talent in the region, we expect nothing less than success as we represent the entire Moonee Valley/Essendon region at this tournament, and we would encourage you to invite your players to be a part of this. All attempts will be made by St Bernard’s OCCC to ensure that your junior players are available to attend all your clubs training sessions to avoid disruption to your junior or senior team’s match preparations.
The try out sessions will be conducted at St Bernard’s College Nets, Gate 8 Hampton Rd West Essendon as follows:
Thursday 13th September 4.30pm to 6pm
Thursday 20th September 4.30pm to 6pm
